Dear Sirs,

Apex Ltd. (Russian Federation) is the trading company represented on russian chemical market. We offer various chemicals for different industries and give our customers the best service satisfying their needs. We pay much attention to the quality of the products; we have our own certified lab, making the testing of all the chemicals within our product range.

For now we are interested in the native potato starch.

Quality requirements for native potato starch:

Color: White with a crystalline sheen
The smell of starch, intended for food purposes: Characteristic odor of starch, free from outside smell
Moisture content, %: 17 - 20
Total ash content in terms of dry matter, %, max: 0.35
including:
ash (sand), insoluble in 10% hydrochloric acid, %, max: 0.05
Acidity - consumption of sodium hydroxide with molar concentration of 0.1 mol/dm3 (0, 1 n) to neutralize 100 g of dry matter, cm3, max: 10.0
The number of specks of 1 dm2 surface starch when considering the naked eye, pieces, max: 280.0
The content of sulfur dioxide (SO2), %, max: 0.005
Admixture of other kinds of starch: not allowed
